Andrea Violetti is the President of the Italian Computer Society. He is Vice President of Confassociazioni for Digital Agenda and Certification of Professionalism and he collaborates with an EU organization called CEN, for ICT competence certifications. He is a member of UNINFO and of the UNI Commission for the Information and Communication Technology Professions. He takes part in the Parliamentary activities regarding the reform of Intellectual Professions. He collaborates with the Universities of Perugia, Teramo and Insubria. He has a Master in ICT for Distance Learning, and has a degree “cum laude” in Management and Communication. His thesis in Economy was about Corporate Governance and Management. He has a degree in Marketing and Comunication. His thesis in Economy was about Business Intelligence for the Measurement of Performance. He has a diploma in Computer Science and ITIL, Eucip, Lead Auditor of System Quality Management certifications. He is author of numerous technical and scientific articles he has represented AIP-ITCS at Cnel since 1996 and he is the founder of the Privacy and ICT Security Observatory (OPSI). In 2005 he created an Innovative Model for the Certification of Professionals (IMCP). He is specialized in the following areas: Corporate and Management Governance, Business Analysis, Information and Communication Technology, Total Quality Management, Human Resources, Media Communication e Communication Management. He has collaborated with Panzani-Ponte-Liebig-Danone, IBM, the Region of Umbria and Colussi Group. Currently he is General Manager in Farchioni Group.
